SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic orders are generally mailed within 2 business days (excludes weekends & holidays) after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS 3 Day. Items shipped typically come with free tracking and drop-off without signature. If there will be a further delay in the sending of your item, we will reach out to you by email, phone call, and/or text message. A signature may be requested upon delivery for a nominal charge. If this is something you are interested in, please reference your signature request by emailing officialbuyrushonlinesales@gmail.com after placing your order.


A fee of $9.00 is charged with each Domestic order to help offset the cost of shipping charges by all carriers. All domestic orders of $150.00 or more automatically receive free 3 Day shipping. We do offer expedited shipping to any destination within the USA. For Next Day Shipping within the USA it is $50.00 extra. Items sent expedited are backed up by their respective mail carriers and BuyRushOnline.com is not responsible for any delays or misquoted delivery times. Please note that USPS and UPS do not guarantee real time tracking. Many times, we see shipments where the tracking information does not update until the package has reached the destination or is actually delivered. There also may be on occasion a delay caused by weather, and in either event, we will make every effort to notify you about those delays. We have no control over the package once the item is received by the Post Office. If a package is delayed in transit an escalation cannot be placed on that package for at least 10 business days. A replacement package/refund will not be offered until 15 business days have passed.


International orders will be mailed no later than 10 business days after payment is complete unless otherwise indicated. Although most orders go out much sooner than this, we often need special preparations to ensure the successful delivery of your solvents. That is why these packages can take longer to ship than domestic orders. As such, there are also general shipping charges applicable to most locations. All international orders are governed by the laws of their respective countries. We make no explicit or implicit guarantee that products for sale in America can properly and/or lawfully be exported to any other particular country. It is up to the purchaser to know their country's laws and to ensure that their purchases on BuyRushOnline.com are in compliance with said laws. In the event that a parcel is confiscated by customs, BuyRushOnline.com may, in its sole discretion, offer up to one replacement order. Confiscation by customs is not grounds upon which to offer a refund, and upon being imported, your parcel may be subject to import fees. BuyRushOnline.com is a US-Based exporter and thus WILL NOT cover import fees for any customer in any location. Please be familiar with the procedures and rules in your country before ordering. 


Alternative delivery arrangements (i.e., to a hotel, on a specific day, etc.) can be accommodated, but are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to get your items where they need to be for when they need to be there. But in the event that your package is delivered late, or is confirmed by tracking number as delivered to the address provided, but you are unable to locate it, we still cannot offer a refund for these reasons alone. For these reasons, if you would like delivery on or by a certain date, we recommend ordering up to three (3) weeks prior so that ample preparation and delivery time is allowed.


All parcels are sent in plain packaging with absolutely no reference to BuyRushOnline.com or solvents, etc. so your order's contents will remain a surprise. When your item ships you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If this email is not received, please email us at officialbuyrushonlinesales@gmail.com and your tracking number will be sent to you manually. If you continually do not receive our emails, consider adding us as a trusted sender in your mailbox.
