AN UPDATE REGARDING EUROPEAN PRODUCTS, 8.25.2025

Greetings!

It's your friend Red Loughner, here with a quick update on how BRO/BNO is dealing with the recent shut down of European mail shipments to the USA.

First, the bad news: this development has impacted Twisted Beast and UK shipments especially hard. Therefore, TB will restock at the earliest available opportunity. But for now, we are selling down our remaining stock with no scheduled reups in the immediate future.

We will be reaching out soon to those with existing TB orders to coordinate the next steps forward. 

If you are awaiting TB products, we do have a couple different routes you can go, ranging from wait it out to substitute products. Please contact us at OfficialBuyRushOnlineSales@gmail.com OR Sales@buynitrousonline.com to discuss alternate arrangements. The shutdown may not last long. If there's anything I can do that hasn't been stated, please let me know and I will be more than happy to work with you towards our mutual satisfactions. 

Now, for the good news: European shipper Chronopost is still sending between the US and Europe! So, other European products are eligible for restock and we anticipate getting more selections available in the coming days. Expect to see old favorites like Iron Fist, Rush Euro, and Amy (Brand) return anytime soon!

The only wrinkle to this is that Chronopost is an express shipper and as such, charges more for delivery. We will make every effort to keep our prices the same, but they may need to be adjusted upward in the coming days to reflect the new costs of importing these items.

Overnight shipping will be suspended during our restock period. We aim to have it back on 9.3.25 or thereabouts. Expedited shipping will still be offered. In the event we cannot meet your order as quickly as desired, we will again be happy to work towards a mutually agreeable solution. And when possible, we will continue to ship your Expedited orders during this time frame.

It has been a pleasure serving you all over the past 5 years, and we aim to keep doing so for as long as you'll have us ;) Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we move forward in the most effective way possible to keep bringing you the best in US and European novelties for another 5 years (and hopefully, for much longer).
